New Sydney Sour
The New York Sour is a rye sour with a red wine float. When you substitute the rye for our Virgin Cane Spirit you create something intriguing. It’s very good indeed.
INGREDIENTS:
- 60 ml Virgin Cane Spirit
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 15ml egg whites
- 15ml shiraz float to garnish
METHOD:
Shake twice, first without ice, then with ice to emulsify the egg white.
Fine strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
Add red wine float.
