Gin & Soda
This gin sings when lengthened. A touch of soda and a slice of lemon and all of the herbal highlights and gutsy ironbark backbone are brought to the fore. It’s great with tonic, but just as good with soda water.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml Smoked Gin
- 60ml soda water
- lemon slice or wedge to garnish
METHOD:
Build over ice and garnish with a slice of lemon.
