Smoked French 75
Named for the gun with a kick, it’s even better once the gun has been shot.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml Smoked Gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 40ml sparkling wine
- lemon twist to garnish
METHOD:
Shake Smoked Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker.
Add sparkling wine to the shaker and strain into a flute.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
