Rockmelon Fizz
Light, frothy and refreshing, this cocktail tastes as good as it looks.
INGREDIENTS:
- 45ml Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin
- 60ml rockmelon juice
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup (1:1)
- 15ml egg white
- pinch of salt
- 5 mint leaves
- top with soda water
Method:
Combine all ingredients in your shaker, shake hard without ice (this is known as a dry shake), add ice and shake again.
Strain over ice into a rocks glass, top with soda.
Garnish with a slice of rockmelon and a sprig of mint.
