Gokouyo (a tattoo-friendly spring in Japan)
In Japan people with tattoos are not permitted to bathe publically, Gokouyo is a natural spring that does not frown upon body art. This drink raises a glass to tolerance.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml Archie Rose x Horisumi - Spring
- 10ml Yuzushu
- 10ml St Germain Elderflower liqueur
- 20ml Lime juice
- 60ml Fuji apple juice
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients and ice. Shake really hard for 15 seconds and fine strain into a small cocktail glass. Lean back and enjoy the fruits of your labours.
