At Archie Rose, our rums explore the unique raw materials available to us here in NSW, offering big, bold flavours of tropical fruit and burnt sugar. With the casks we used to mature these rums sitting in our own warehouse, we had an exciting opportunity to use them to add a unique character to our award-winning Single Malt Whisky and to then celebrate those flavours in a new way with 100% Archie Rose inputs.

Archie Rose Rum Cask Single Malt Whisky - Cask Strength therefore has all the classic grain character our whisky is known for with the added caramel sweetness of our own rum casks. As a fun yet refined spirit, Rum Cask Single Malt Whisky - Cask Strength offers notes of sticky date pudding alongside rum and raisin ice cream, striking a beautiful balance between malt and molasses. It’s a spirit made for sharing or elevating the everyday, not for gathering dust at the back of the cabinet - it’s too delicious for that!

Rum Cask Single Malt Whisky will be released in two batches: a limited edition cask strength version available via our website and the Archie Rose Bar & Cellar Door, and a standard strength edition available in duty free and selected bars and restaurants.
