As of 29 November 2019, the Archie Rose Bar in Rosebery will offer four pre-batched cocktails on rotation, expertly crafted by our bar team. Simply visit our Cellar Door and pick up one of our 700ml bottles then fill with your cocktail of choice. Write your own label, adding your (or your recipient’s name) and a personalised message. Then repeat to your spirited heart’s content. It’s the DIY gift of your dreams – all the accolades, none of the arts and crafts.

Choose between four pre-mixed and ready-to-pour favourites, such as:

• Archie Rose Negroni ($69); a boozy, bitter, sweet and silky mix of Signature Dry Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.

• Cinema Paradiso ($59); our take on the classic 20th Century cocktail with Original Vodka, Lillet Blanc, citrus, popcorn and chocolate, all tied together with lactic acid for creaminess.

• Southern Apples ($79), made with juniper-forward Distiller’s Strength Gin, crisp green apple, citrus zest and mint.

• Caught In The Rye ($89), our take on the classic Piña Colada, featuring Rye Malt Whisky, guava, passionfruit, coconut and pineappley goodness.
