For the uninitiated, our Tailored Spirits range is an invitation to craft your own gin, vodka or whisky right here on our website, to be hand-made for you, to your personal taste, by our skilled team of distillers in Sydney.

Born from our founder, Will’s dream of producing unique, authentic, world-class spirits, and above all sharing this passion and creative process with other lovers of the craft, our Tailored Spirits range is our chance to collaborate with you on the bottle of your dreams.

Come with us to see how we make your vision a reality at our Botany distillery as we make a bottle of our Tailored Gin.

Step 1:

The journey begins wherever you access the world-wide-web, head straight to our website and you’re off. Begin the simple, three-step Tailored process by selecting up to five unique botanical distillates to add to your gin base. Or, if you’d prefer to leave the flavour combo up to our production team, choose from one of our limited-edition preset blends developed by our sensory team. Next up is the intensity selection for each botanical, lending your gin to its unique flavour profile. And the final step is personalisation, where you can adorn your bottle with a custom label - choosing from a selection of colours, art labels and fonts.

Step 2:

The first to receive your order is a member of our customer support team in our Botany distillery. Here, every submission is given a careful once over by our team to make sure no accidental spelling mistakes or errors make it onto your final product before all the details are off again on the next stage of their journey.

Step 3:

Now, it’s over to Ben, our lord of labels, to perfect your bottle’s design. Ben adds your personalised name, message, and font to your chosen art background design plus, all the details about your botanical blend. Once he’s sure your label is looking perfect, it’s adhered to one of our signature bottles inspired by the copper stills at Archie Rose and then off it goes again.

Step 4:

Across the lot, we meet Kristen and Daniel from our Tailored Spirits Distilling Team. This is where the magic happens, the precise specifications of your order are analysed, each botanical is carefully measured and then blended with your gin base.

Step 5:

Voila! Your dream drop, realised. Packed up safe and dispatched for delivery just 3-5 business days from the moment you placed your order. Ready for its final journey to your door.
