With colder, crisp evenings now here we believe it's the ideal time to indulge in some dark spirits. To add some zest to your weekend try out our Rum & Raisin cocktail, made with the latest Triple Molasses Rum.

Ingredients

50ml Triple Molasses Rum

10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry

2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass, stir until chilled, strain onto ice in a rocks glass and garnish with an orange wedge or twist.
